Default MS announces new Programming language

I read today that yesterday MS announced a new programming language. One that is targeted at domain specific programs.

The Coffee Desk » » Microsoft’s new ‘M’ programming language

So, the question is, is this a NEW language, or one of the others listed in a previous thread (Making Windows), like F#. Seems like a new listing.
