good luck to windows 7 but I am rather happy with my Ubuntu installation + my 20gb XP partition for those 'just-in-case' moments.

well i'm thinking about resizing my xp partition for sure. all i use it for is games. i split my 500g hd in two for ubuntu and xp. but i'm never gonna use more than 150 for xp. and thats if i get bunches more games lol.

As the owner of a Windows 7 Forum, I know that unless your are a hardware partner, you cannot get a copy of Windows 7. I know someone that is in the industry to got Windows 7 M1, but I don't think it's avaliable via technet right now. You'll have to wait for M5 most likely.

Anyway, I don't really know how cool Windows 7 will be, because Microsoft is keeping hush about it, just the way Apple does with their products.
