Default Disabling Start up Programs
I disabled some of the start-up programs in Vista and now I keep seeing Windows has disabled some start up programs. Is there away I can't stop it from keep showing up?

did you disable the programs in msconfig ?
If so, the message should come up at start up, and there should be an option to disable it from coming up again....

Yes i did use msconfig to do it and there isnt an option to disable it from coming up.

The box that pops up after Windows is loaded usually has a box to tick to not show this again in the lower left corner. It's not there?

You might want to re-enable them for now by selecting Normal Startup under the General Tab and use something like CCleaner [or even good ole' regedit] to remove them again. You shouldn't be getting any error message once that's done.
