If you could answer these questions, we can diagnose your problem better:
1)What is the exact error that comes up? [a screenshot will be helpful]

2)How old is the computer, and who made it?

3)What have you tried in order to fix the problem so far?

4)How long have you been having these issues?

Unhappy

i solved the problem partly.....
the prob wa the, after the starup bar goes the system restarted showing the blue screen of death...
the problem shown in that screen was,
" may be due to video hardware vendors
disable memory options such as caching and shadowing"
i log in to the system in the safe mode and uninstalled the nvidia video driver. after that, i could get in to the system in normal mode. but when i installed the video driver and restarted, the same error happened again.
what should i do???

Sounds like your video card is not compatible with your computer. Try another video card or look for an update driver thats compatible for your computer.

When did you install the video driver?
Did it work before?
Basically, I'm wondering if it is the right driver? Uninstall the driver, boot up and log onto the nvidia download site, they have a plug in that will automatically detect your card and get you the correct driver.

Good Luck.
