Yeah, there are plenty of installers for things like that. I have personally never used Wamp though.

I am currently using Uniform Server (which is nice), cause XAMPP crasshed my Internet...

I could do with SQLite though, may download this tomorrow,

I am a web developer, so I've got used to develop things online, using my client's servers. But for some wild tests I use Wamp on my computer and had no problems yet.
Trying to install Apache with all the needed extensions for the PHP on Windows system makes me go mad, so Wamp is the perfect solution for me

Ys,it all depends on what you need, as a fellow web developer, I hear you

I have yet to find an installer for windows that includes pgSQL though, so if you find one let me know,

I haven't really met a postgreSQL installer on Windows, but I think you may try to install it yourself.

I think the reason for it is that "ordinary" people don't really use pgsql, so there is no need for automatic installer.
