Default How to....

I downloaded Commodo last night. I still have Windows firewall on my computer. I cant seem to find it in uninstall. How do I uninstall it?

You can't uninstall the Windows firewall. But you can disable it by going into security settings in control panel and turning it off.

Comodo should work fine without changing any settings to do with Windows Firewall, unless Comodo has specifically asked you to change it's settings...

No Ash, Comodo didnt ask me to do that. But it did tell me to get rid of the firewall before being downloaded. But I downloaded it anyway. I couldnt get rid of the windows firewall, even though I tried.....duhh


But I know now. Now I'm thinking about changing anti-viruses.....lol

When I installed ZoneAlarm firewall I had to turn off the Windows one.
