| I'm having trouble playing ctv news videos on my computer, the mouse pointer flashes and won't play them, I've tried my toolbar settings and added sites to allow popups but it's not working, how do I fix this ? my computer is a windows xp with the 2nd service pack. Thanks. |

| This is most probably due to a Flash problem that you have... Make sure that you have the latest Flash player installed. Jam

| Thanks Jam, I've never sucessfully downloaded Flashplayer. most videos that require FLash give a prompt when I click on the video or mention it beforehand, so I can't play them, I thought it was just my popup blocker. |
