Okay, so it is supposed to be a driver for the printer: EPSON Stylus Photo R220 Series
If you don't have that type of printer, then it can go
You might also want to just scan that one file with your anti virus.

If you don't need it, have a look to see f it is installed in the Add / Remove programs in Control Panel, if not.. just delete it of.

I seem to be no further forward with the crashing business. It seems to just do it now randomly for no reason, it don't matter what your on or doing it just stops, ctrl alt del dont work you just have to re-boot, its so frustrating, avg dont find any thing just a few tracking cookies. Avast was the same just a few adware. They have paid for a registry cleaner that was recommended by a computer forum, that fixed and found 400 + errors but it hasnt solved the crashing problem, ANY MORE IDEAS would be great

Paid for registry cleaners are a load of rubbish, and anyone who actually recommends them should really reconsider if they know anything at all. As I said, I expect that this is down to a hardware/driver incompatibility issue, or it could even be some bad RAM.....

is there anyway of actually telling then if its likely to be the Ram or a hardware issue. I have tried so many different virus scans, and spyware scans I really dont know what else to try.
