Default Replicating Trojan

Hummm... I seem to have picked up this trojan...

troj/KillAV-EF

Google search gave me little info. Is this something to worry about and how would you get rid of it seeing that my webroot failed to prevent me from getting it?

Have you been updating your definitions for Webroot? I would get Spybot Search and Destroy and use that to get rid of it.
