Sounds to me that Panda is blocking access to the internet. You will need to look under the firewall section of Panada and unblock it.

Hello chevyfever,
Firstly - welcome to CompuForums. We provide our computer help for free, so we would highly appreciate it if you could help us. You can do this by answering other people's questions, or if you are not so technically-minded, post in our general lounge forum. Alternatively you can purchase a premium membership to help contribute to the rising running costs of this site. If you can't help us then we can't help you. This system allows us to continue to provide free computer support.
Have you tried completely removing the product?

Also, have you tried another browser such as Firefox [Get it for free from here]

Is this a trial version or have you bought it? if its just a trial then id consider using another spftware for your security. You could consider Avast Home which is free and for your Anti-virus and Comodo for your Firewall.
