Hi am just new here, and require some help. I am running Xp and unable to use my main computer due to the following that comes up in box each time I log on:
HP AOI Device Object Server Registerclass objects failed: hres=0x800706BA. The RPC server is unavailable Maximum retry attempts exceeded. I am able to connect to my ISP but unable to access google, msn, outlook etc. I am currently using my laptop. I am hoping someone can help with this problem. Thans Frannie |

Hello Frannie,
Firstly - welcome to CompuForums. We provide our computer help for free, so we would highly appreciate it if you could help us. You can do this by answering other people's questions, or if you are not so technically-minded, post in our general lounge forum. Alternatively you can purchase a premium membership to help contribute to the rising running costs of this site. If you can't help us then we can't help you. This system allows us to continue to provide free computer support. Please answer the following questions so that we can better diagnose your problem: -What computer - make and model - do you have? -What antivirus, antispyware, and firewall software are you running? -Do you have any HP devices plugged into your computer at all?
