Question About Windows Live OneCare

Anybody here know how I can renew my Windows Live OneCare from here in the Philippines? I recently moved here last year.

My license expires next month and from what I have you can only renew it if your credit card's billing address is in the US. My credit card's billing address is in the Philippines.

If renewing my Windows Live OneCare isn't possible I was thinking about canceling it and purchasing a new anti-virus, any suggestions on this also?

Thanks, any advice appreciated.

Don't bother with it

Remove OneCare and download Avast - which is pretty much the best free antivirus solution, and it certainly beats many of the paid ones on offer too [including OneCare].

You can get it from:
Free antivirus - avast! 4 Home Edition Download

I agree with Ash whole-heartedly. Windows OneCare most probably gives a sense of protection, but can we be sure it works? Anyway Avast is good stuff, and so is AVG to a degree, but Avast is most probably the better of the 2, but both are free and effective.

And remember, antivirus software is only half of it , keep your firewall , and anti spyware up to date at all times and scan reguarly.
