Default Anti-spam program

I'm currently using Outlook Express for my email and would like to add a good anti-spam program to it. Either a free one or one than can be purchased, just as long as it works. Anyone that can suggest a program it would be greatly appreciated.

You may wish to simply use Mozilla's Thunderbird client - it has a spam filter included, and I've found it to be quite effective. You may have to spend a week or two telling it what is and isn't spam, but since it has a learning filter, it will be very effective once the initial setup period is over.
