 once again, I need some info and help, lol you guys will eventually tire of my questons and I apologize, but how will I learn, right? ok, new situation. I am trying to download php auction and have win xp, I am eventually going to put linux on this this if I ever get it, and anyway, in order to have the php auction, I have to have an apache download, mirrors, keys, etc. I assume you guys know all that I have to have to go with it. My question is, which of the apache formats and other stuff to go with it are the best for me to get (knowing my experience level, knowledge, and system) Once again can you help me? thanks guys! bbear      |

| Re: once again, I need some info and help, lol yes, that's what i'd like to do, and to be honest, I do answer where I can, but most of the questions, I would probably answer wrong and so I do not want to give someone any misinformation. If you look through posts you will see I have posted answers on some. If I had any money, I would be a premium member...that is why I'm asking the questions, to get to that point. you guys are truly saving my butt here and if I ever get to that point where I bring in any money, I shall reciprocate the help. unfortunately, at this time I cannot. But I need to learn. bbear |

| Re: once again, I need some info and help, lol So the auction software that you are downloading is going to be running on the web? In that case you do not need apache, or anything like that... Just upload all the files onto your webserver.. and follow the installation guide. Jam
