Default Web OS Trick

Here's something you should try if you're using a web OS (I tried this with YouOS, now it looks like I run Linux on my PC)
First, on your base computer's desktop, right click New, then Shortcut.
Now, in the locations field, type:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -k www.notarealos.com
The -k means the kiosk setting, which will make the browser appear fullscreen, but with no taskbar, just the page the shortcut links to.

After you have that done, click Next and name the shortcut after the OS. Click OK, then click on the shortcut. Now, you'll just see the login screen. Log in, and it'll look like a real OS

Do not try it with the link I typed, because it is not real. Try a link for another website, and include the -k www.notarealos.com (Not with the link I typed though) and remember to put the IE location in quotation marks.

Enjoy!
