Default Updating BIOS
I am trying to update my BIOS becasue I can't update my kernel with the current version. Does anyone know of any way to update the BIOS while using Linux? I tried installing Vista again and doing it that way , but it kept freezing up any ideas?

I got it updated thanks. Now I am running Debian sid with the 2.6.24 kernel
