Default Remove Linux

I have Linux version 10.2 I can't really tell which partition it is on my laptop.
I have two 26.5GB partitions I have Windows and linux.
Can I remove linux without removing windows?

You should be able to delete (or format) the partition that has Linux on it and it will get rid of Linux, and possibly the Dual-Boot. Usually Windows will be on the C lettered partition, but it may be different. So, check by booting into Windows and opening the partitions to see the one that has a folder called Windows in it, that will be your Windows partition.

What sort of software did you use to make the partition?

Default Ms-dos

I used ms-dos to partition my drive.
When I installed linux I went to windows to see where linux installed itself and on drive "D" witch is my second partition it shrunk the partition from 26.5 GB to 16 GB. So I assume that linux is installed on the 10.5 GB remaining. So how do I format the linux partition when I can't see it?
