0kay i just went to best buy and bought a netgear wirless-G Router wgr614
so i hooked it up to my desktop and it worked but not wirless so i wanted to get my laptop on the internet in my room away from the router how can i do that????

it didn't come with a mnual it just came with the cd and i did everything like do i need a wirless usb adapter for my laptop/

all big technical products like routers, modems, ethernet cards all come with instructions. I suggest you find them and read them. Or if and IF the instructions were forgotten then go to netgears website and search for manuals and instructions. Im 100% sure you will find everything you need for the router at thier site.

Also, does your laptop have a wireless card in it? I'm guessing that if it's a modern laptop it will but if not then you will need to buy one for it.
