| I have a laptop,Accer Aspire 5573ZNWXi 1.73GHz Daul Core,512MB running on windows xp SP2,but when I connect it to the LAN,it searches for the address automaticaly then gives me an error "Little or No connectivity".When I put the IP Address,Gateway ,DNS and Sub-net mask and then go to the internet,it refuses to browse telling me it cannot find the server.Anything wrong? |

| Have you tried right-clicking the network icon and clicking "Repair"? Also - as I have said, we shall not continue to help you if you do nothing but take advice here. Post in some other threads as well as your own.

| There is a number of things you can do to fix it. they recommend doing the following: -download this patch: Download details: Update for Windows XP Service Pack 2 (KB884020) -download and run Winsock XP: WinSock XP Fix download and review - fix XP internet connectivity from SnapFiles -Check your firewall settings in your router I tried all these when I had this problem, and none of them workedfor me, but this is what Microsoft recommends you do. |
