| Well... how are you connected to it? Is there a cable running from the computer to the router?

| Maybe you could clarify that - do you mean there are four ports for connecting to the router or that the computer is connected to the router?

| Precisely. I have a feeling your Router may have malfunctioned -- this is why I'm stressing the point to completely remove the Router from the Network. It's the only possible way to diagnose the problem with out complicating matters. |

| So, you are saying there are three cables going into the one computer?

| Then after you disconnect the Router, plug the cable from your PC directly onto the Modem. Power on your computer, and on the Modem you'll see the green INTERNET light on the modem light up. This is what the Modem looks like. Be sure its the only network cable attached to the PC. |

| Now that you have established the problem is not with the router (because the same thing happens when you removed it), we'll run through some diagnostics on the computer to find what the problem is. What Windows is your Operating System? |

| Thanks for posting back. No, we won't need to get into any of that stuff. Don't worry, we'll walk you through step by step everything you need to do. 1.) First, did you re-connect your Router back up to the modem? 2.) And, how many computers do you currently have connected to the Router? 3.) Are you on the Internet right now using the Router?
