| I am running an ethernet network using a linksys router. I have 2 desk tops with an h.p. printer as the default printer. On one desktop I have a usb label printer. I have the software file and the printer set to share on the network. I can open and use the software off the other computer but can't see the label printer when I go to the printer and fax folder. Can the usb printer be shared on the network? Thanks for any input. |

| Hi there Jimmiebear, Firstly, welcome to CompuForums. I hope that you can visit our forum often in the future and post - rather than just receiving our help and advice, and then never visiting again. We provide our help for free, and all we ask in return is that you participate in our forum and refer your friends, or consider a premium membership. Can you just clarify the following: Which printer do you want to share, the HP printer or the label printer? Could you give us the model numbers of both [and the make of the label printer]? What OS are you running? And can you share other printers without problems?
