Cool Why nobody has posted here...

The reason why nobody has posted here is because Apple Macs are so good that nobody need to complain or comment, the OS is so beautiful silence explains it all. The shock and amazement...

Either that, or all the mac users haven't persuaded their mac to let them use the internet yet.

lol. yeah, I only have an ibook, but it is beautiful, and it just does the job. I have one of the G4 ibooks. Bought it a month before the Intel Macs came out. I have always liked the PowerPC CPUs. Although I guess my next mac will have to be intel . Most probs get a MacMini or an iMac for my desk next.

Macs being good???!!!!!! I don't know what type of macs you are using because the macs I know are horrible. I the OS and the incompatibility with games. I mean seriously, to get anyone to buy macs, they had to put windows on macs. You can't just put windows on a mac and say problem solved. Only one company makes them so they are totally over-priced. It is difficult, if not impossible, to build your own. With pc, you have several companies so prices are lower. And if a pre-built pc isn't cheap enough, you can build one yourself easily.

I suspect that not many Mac users know of this board and that there is a Mac section available to them. This is mainly a PC Q&A board. I found out of this board on another PC help forum and decided to check it out since I repair PC's on the side. It was after I came here that I found out of this board's Mac section.

Mac - fades your desktop through gorgeous colours every 5 seconds through a smooth fade even if running an intesive program.
XP/Vista - your movie starts to stutter when the cpu goes above 6% <- exaggeration but it gives the feeling.

macs are ok , but they are over priced , and once again like linux cant run all of what i need, thats the main reasons why PC's still controll over 90% of the market

If you absolutely need windows for some program or app that is not available to mac, just install Boot Camp (free) and partition a small piece of your harddrive on a mac for windows xp sp2 or vista.

That's what I did for three programs that are more on the rare side.

And they are not overpriced, you get what you pay for.
I used to think they were overpriced half hearted excuses of computers....... then I played around on one I got real cheap because a buddy of mine told me to give them a try....
whoa.

no slowdowns
no crashes
my graphics go way up when utilizing boot camp
no weird error messages
no viruses
no spyware
more options
easier to become familiar with
no pointless software.....
etc, etc, etc.
the list goes on and on.

I know I'm happy with mac's.
To each his own

But you do have to agree that in order to be able to say anything either way against or for mac or pc, you've got to have prolonged experience with both.
