Just want to see what everyone's points of views are on this subject.
Personally, I don't think that we are Animals, as we are far too cleaver to be. We are at the top for a reason.

If we died out overnight, there is nothing on this earth cleaver enough to take our place.

I think I read somewhere that birds evolved from fish, but birds are not fish, they are a seperate species. So, even if you believe that humans evolved from animals, humans are not animals, they are a seperate species too. My belief is not based on my religious beliefs - it is simply what I have read.

Yep, we are animals. Although we may be the most intelligent, we are also the most inconsistent, to find peace within our own existence, we sometimes create a logic that endangers us all.

I think it is down to our intelligence that makes us not animals.
We can chose to act like animals, where as animals.. act like animals all the time?

They say dogs involved from wolfs, and that horse and donkeys involved from the same thing... but if you look at us humans, we are far more intelligent to anything else on this planet. Nothing even comes close...

Yet we still find it nececary to start wars and kill people for things such as oil, money and religion. See, animals, they can live in prosperiety with each other, unless ofcourse they become hungry, there is no racism, no descrimination, no hatred, nothing. I like animals more than humans for those reasons.

Ahh, I get where your coming at.
But, if a Eagle was nibbling on a dead elephant or something.. and a Lion saw it, the Lion would try to steal it from the Eagle....

And yeah, I have to admit.. Humans are still kinda stupid.. we kill each other? Why? stupid really.. but no animal is a match for us

Unlike animals, we know right from wrong, we have a moral compass. We have the free will to commit wrong, in spite of that ingrained moral compass. We can become corrupt, thus we kill each other quite often, completely and in so many inventive ways.....

Nay, we are not animals, they react on instinct most of the time. Do they learn, yes, they learn where the food is, they learn what a gun sounds like, what a human smells like. But still, deer react the same now as they did when the world was created (My view, yes and you have been given the free will to disagree with that word but I will not).
