I've owned three HP desktop machines and one HP laptop over the past ten years or so, and they have all proven to be reliable machines. The times where I have needed to use the warranty service, it's always been quick and efficient. Therefore if I was in the market for a prebuilt computer I'd buy it; and I would recommend them.
