Hello everyone. I hope all is well. I want to say thanks again to Dimitri, whose repsonse to my requests about stuck drive doors, was very helpful and the problem was resolved. Also, response time on this site is quick, and the info. is helpful. Because I am not computer savvy, I can only assist those who have had the same problems that I've had.
