I'm supposed to post in the general forum if I'm not any good with computers before someone will help me with my problem. I'm not sure what exactly I'm supposed to be typing. I've introduced myself in the Introductory section. I"m sorry, but I can't give anybody else advice on their problem because I just don't know anything about them.
