The quarters, nickels, and dimes totaled 20, and their value was $2.05. How many of each kind were there if there were 3 times as many dimes as quarters?

I did get it right though. a rather easy problem. at least I hope i got it right lol..

To be honest, I believe more people would benefit if the answers were posted, as well as requiring Members to show thier work (how they got thier answer).

When answers are NOT posted by members, then no one can learn from correct answers, or mistakes.

I think the rules should change.

What does every one else think? I'll post a poll.

I'm all for posting the work, but you can't always thanks to the limitation of symbols.

Posting the answer would defeat the purpose of the game. If one person gets it correct, then that math problem is spoiled. I think it might be nice if aspire posted the work when shows the answer.

Ok then. Whoever doesn't like the current system make up a system of your own and post it.
If you can all agree on a system, then I'll do it your way.
