Math problem 4

Find the equation of the line that passes through (-4, 2) and is perpendicular to the line
3y - 2x - 18 = 0

Convert to rectangular coordinates:
4.2/-75 degrees

I hope you can understand the question. It's kinda hard to type all the symboles.

I got the -75 degrees but what is the 4.2/ about? I am presuming that these are polar coordinates?

4.2/-75 degrees(polar coordinates). It wants you to convert them to rectangular coordinates.
It's okay if you want to use your calculator to convert them.

The polar coordinated are (4.2 radians, -75 degrees)
