my original post was norton help.......i want to say thanks for your input Ash @ Colt.....i downloaded spybot and it found lots of problems....on other forum sites i posted similar threads and got no help and actually got scolded on one site for having 2 posts concerning the same topic(i was trying to clarify my first post) i was told that they were too busy to deal with multiple posts.....again thanks for the help

Thankyou for your comment, although it is what a forum is all about. A friendly helpful atmosphere should be promoted on all forums, although many get over ran with people who tend to get too busy for problems and questions, which is one of the joys of having a slightly smaller community here at CompuForums.
