Hey people. It's nice to find a forum where ppl actually know what they're talking about computer wise. I'm semi-copmuter literate but looking to further my knowledge on the subject. Looking forward to helping where i can and receiving help from others. With that, i address my problem that original brought me here. I'm try to find information on how to switch from Vista to xp sp2. I bought a Compaq F700 series notebook at the beginning of January and i now realize that vista sucks and there are very few programs that run on it. I've also noticed a lack in performence even with aero turned off and running in basic graphics. Someone please please help get back to the tried and true XP OS. Anyone know where to get XP SP2 for free as well? TYVM in advance.
