hello and help

Just joined this Site. Hello to all. I live in East Texas. Glad to meet everyone here.

My Friend has a problem. I am trying to help him. He has the blue screen of death. The message reads:Stop" 0x00000021 (0x81acdef0, 0xc0000102, 0x00000008)

Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
