I dont kno if this is a place to go for the help i need

but i have yahoo messenger and i am tryin to get photos as my display picture but it keeps say: Yahoo messenger cannot convert the selected picture into a display image. please try a different one If this problem persists make sure the hard drive is not full..


what does it mean is anyone can help me??? im not really good at computers if u can tell plz help

This means that the photo you're trying to use isn't compatible with Yahoo Messenger.

Try opening it in Paint. Then, when saving it, choose 'Jpeg Image' from the list of options and then try opening it in Yahoo.
