It's very nice. Going back to IE makes me cringe. Opera is a decent web browser, but for some reason, it is much too slow.

i have been using firefox for about two years and wouldn't use anything else i have never had trouble with it at all and would recommend it to anyone :-)

I admit I haven't used Firefox, but my new computer (March) came installed with IE7. I saw someone mentioned that Firefox has tabbed browsing - IE7 does, too.

At first I was leery about IE7, but now don't know how I managed without it! Very cool - and I installed it at work, too. My DB at work is internet-based, so it makes it much easier to work.

Firefox had tabbed browsing before Microsoft Firefox IE7 was released. If you haven't already, give it a try at www.CompuForums/get-firefox.html

Hi Ash - Why would I want to switch...? Now that IE7 has tabbed browsing. Is there some other compelling reason? (Other than it's "non-MS?")

IE7 works very well for me, but I'm open if there's something Great I can do with Firefox that I can't do with IE7. I also have no issues with spyware, etc.

i prefer firefox over ie7, never used opera. firefox is just better than ie. it is a good browser but i kept having problems with ie7. sometimes it wouldn't load, sometimes it would. sometimes it would quit responding in the middle of something.

Opera had the original tabbing idea which Mozilla ripped off to make Firefox.....

At least Mozilla didn't completley clone Opera, as MS cloned Firefox and "made" IE7 [and just moved the buttons around a little so it didn't look the same]
