If there was a possible exploit in FF3, Mozilla would probably have sent out a patch. I have never heard anything about an exploit either.

FF3 runs fine for me except it never properly exits after closing open sessions. Instead of closing it becomes unresponsive and takes a good 30 seconds or so before i can end the program in task manager.
I am thinking of reverting back to FF2 if i cant manage to fix the problem.

And it doesnt surprise me at all that you guys dont know about the FF3 exploit. And no, mozilla hasnt patched it becuase its still out there. And googling it probobly wouldnt have done anything either becuase obviously mozilla wouldnt want people to know. And trust me, i wouldnt just come out of no where with this. Do what you like, but anyone who uses FF3 is still vuln.

Oh your too funny. Using a "superior" O/S will have nothing to do with a session hijacking so maybe you should first find out what session hijacking is before you compare it to what O/S you have. Also, i do think that you believe that there is an exploit in FF3 becuase if you didnt you wouldnt be getting so pissy. And btw, its in my favor that you are nonchalant about this situation and im sure you will find out why.

Well, trust me, i dont need attention from anyone on this forum. And anyways, i do believe your the only one cursing and getting a temper. Maybe you should learn anger management. And also, yes, there is an exploit in FF3 and if you dont use FF3 then you shouldnt be arguing and making yourself look dumb, and also, if your not using FF3 then you have nothing to worry about. So i still dont understand why you are trying to prove me wrong when im right.

And here just to make you look even more like an asshole, and to save some of the people here, i have this link for you guys:

http://blogs.zdnet.com/security/?p=1530

btw jam, nothing against you, im just saying i highly doubt you used google to find this FF3 exploit becuase all i did was type in FF3 exploit and it brought me tons of search results. It wasnt released publicly though, so idk maybe nothing came up for you. Anyways, windows guru, stick to windows ok? kthxbai.

windows guru why ya have a debian avatar kinda oh what the word, contradictory. Oh and yes the ff3 sploit is real and has not been patched unless I missed the auto update that should of come out, or it was a silent update witch could lead to a even worse exploit. FF3 is just as vuln as any other browser, the creativity of the attacks against the different browsers are changing and many are yet to come up from the underground.

Sincerely, GhostXx's other account.<---ROFL DUMBASS check ip's and logs before you edit something like that.
