Question Problem With Flash.

I tryed to install Flash 9 Alot of times. And since Adobe made Flash 9. I'ts like i dont have Flash... I tryed to install it 5 Times. And it's still dont working.
Now when i'm trying to install it's not even show me the ActiveX. I dunno what to do now. Im waiting more than a month... I can't to watch in YouTube. I can't to check if games will work in my computer with Can You Run IT. And the websites loading really slow! Please try to help me =\

it's not move after it's show me the window "shutting down broswers" when i'm trying to unistall it.!

First go into internet options. Clear all cookies. Delete all history. Restart your computer. Try to install the addon.
If it doesn't work, then run your cache cleaner. If that doesn't work, dump explorer b/c ( sorry it s___s) and get firefox or something else.
