Increaseing Video, or screen SIZE HELP

Hey..I use to be able to click on a Video on the screen like,yahoo music videos,or on NickJr games and INCREASE the viewing size by a percentage...50%,100%,200% etc....It use to be located at the BOTTOM right of the page..now it's not there...When i right click on the image it still won't allow me to increase either by a percetage...Could it be that ADOBE PLAYER 9 won't allow me to increase by %'s
