2x1 GB OCZ Special Ops DDR400. Running at 201 MHz (FSB upped from 200 to 240 and the RAM divider set to 166 MHz as opposed to the stock 200 MHz. This way I got my HTT up to 1200 MHz, and the system is rock-stable and noticeably faster/smoother than stock settings--CPU up from 2.2 GHz to 2.4 GHz--nothing to brag about, but things run so much smoother at the higher FSB/HTT frequencies), but it's an AMD system, so that's actually at 402 MHz--woohoo! I know it's not impressive. I had it running at 218 MHz before (436 for you mathematically-challenged... ), but the latencies had to be pretty high, so it wasn't really worth it in my opinion--the vdimm is maxed out at the "high" setting in the Bios--which is only 2.7v. My RAM is supposed to be optimally run at 2.8v, and warrantied up to 3.1v. I'm going to switch to a new board and gear more towards overclocking (as the ASRock dual939 isn't the best overclocker). DFI boards seem good for this.

Also, are we talking frequency or bandwidth? Everest home has a nice memory benchmark option--reports both read and write speeds (and overall latency if you're interested in that). My read speed is 5304MB/s and my write speed is a disappointing 1749 MB/s. I'm really not sure what it should be--if anyone has comparable RAM, download the little program and run the memory benchmark and let me know what you get. I prefer a benchmark like this (gives memory transfer rates) rather than some worthless relative unitless score that some benchmark programs like to give (cough)PCMark(cough). I guess SiSoft Sandra generates bandwidth measurement readings as well, but I haven't specifically run it.

Everest home is also a great program for generating a detailed list of all of the hardware in your computer--which can be very handy at times.
