Check your BIOS settings. What mode is your Hard Drive working (legacy, AHCI, Raid)?
You may need to change that a time or two till you get it working.

If you are running a raid, make sure you initialize the raid before installing windows.

Ahhh... check for an OS Install setting. Many Bios' have one. It may need to limit the amount of RAM accessed by your computer when installing the OS.

Other than that.. What is the Drive Operation set on? That is the point.
If it is on RAID, change it to AHCI
If it is on AHCI, change it to IDE/Legacy.
If you don't have AHCI, Change from RAID to Legacy/IDE

IDE/Legacy is the lowest. You may need to turn off any settings that say you will use VM (virtual Machines/virtualization).

Those are the start points.
Oh, I'm jealous on the processor. I like AMD, Not upset with Intel, but not limited to one or the other.
