7000rpm Hard Drive

I have a 7000rpm harddrive that i found lying around in a box somewhere and have been using it for quite a while now, but i noticed that on the back where the drawings are for the jumpers there are 4 different choices (beside the normal master, slave or cable select) which are: 15heads; 16heads; 32gb clip; auto spin disabled... Now here i got a bit confused... What is the difference between these and which is best?
