Default 100% CPU

Does anyone knoqw what would cause my CPU to run at 100% on both cores almost constantly?

I am running Vista however it does the same thing while running linux.

hmm, If it does the same thing on both OS's, then surly it has got to be to do with the hardware?

I know it sounds stupid, but what does everything look like in Task Manager? Are all the processes using the right amount of CPU?

Actually now t hat I installed Debian it doesn't do it so I guess thats the straw that broke the camels back for me and Microsoft I am just gonna be a Debian Man
