Hi Everybody,
My son's desktop PC is in desperate need of a memory upgrade. At the moment it has 256MB of PC2100 DDR SDRAM installed in one slot. There is nothing in the other slot. My question is, can I only install another stick of 256MB to make a total of 512MB or can I install, for example, 2 sticks of 512MB? Ive attached part of a report created from 'everest' if this helps. Thanks in advance. |

For RAM upgrades, the best place to start is Crucial's website. You don't actually have to buy it from them but they will tell you what type of RAM is compatible.
