X64 xp has been out longer and will give less hassle with drivers than vista will

so with 32 xp you would only be able to get 3.5 gigs of ram?

cause then ya i will get 64 bit.

anyways! wut r your opinions on the hardware?

Great hw and yes with any 32 bit os it will only reccomend 3.5-4 gb of ram

so if i bought 4GB of ram would that still be exceedingly good for a 64bit os?

oh yeah and youll have plenty of headway ( as far as the motherboard would allow )

nebody know why this is so cheap?

also ne ideas for a os pack that isnt expensive? i really dont want vista, but it is less expensive than xp.

Nordiac : its cheap because its OEM , so if you mess the pc up later youll have to purchase it again ... id only get retail

OEM is for a brand new pc only ... and is annoying if a hdd fails , id go for retail

I differ, I use OEM, it is just as easy, I just ring up and transfer the license - they say u can't, but you can!
