Smile Unsure (mainly voltage related)

Hi
I' am currently in the process of getting a new motherboard, cpu and RAM for my PC.
The ones I知 intending to get are:
Motherboard: P6N Diamond Socket 775 P6N URL
CPU: Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6850
RAM: DDR2-800 RAM URL

I understand which goes with what, e.g. that ram supports motherboard as does the cpu. But what I am confused about is whether:
A). That motherboard supports HD features like Blu-ray or HD DVD drive. I知 not sure if all modern motherboards do, as i researched a lot of motherboards and some stated it.
Also about Graphics cards, would it support the new Avivio ATI Series such as the ATI Radeon HD 2900 Crossfire , I知 unsure if it will handle it, even if it is more supported NVIDIA.

B). I知 also confused about the voltage, what Watts/Voltage should I get to support that processor for the PSU, and of the RAM, would the voltage effect it? So there need to be a specific V-Input, output, combined power and current input/output and combined power?
I know the manufactory says the motherboard "Supports 1.8v DDR2 SDRAM DIMM". But would it affect if the RAM needed 2.0v?
Also, can voltages be increased/edited in the BIOS, as I have never needed to do this before?
Also would these voltages affect my other hardware like my hard drive?

Thank you for the help
