Unless you have:

Monitor
RAM
Keyboard
Mouse
CD-ROM (DVD burner/reader) that you're satisfied with, you should get those too.

you are also going to need a power supply, memory, cd/dvd drive/s among other things. you might think about a sound card as well. they help the audio quality quite a bit. you're also going to need a case. good idea to check and make sure you get a compatible form factor so you don't wind up having to send it back for a new one. other than that, your external peripherals like a monitor and keyboard/mouse if you don't plan on keeping the ones you have already.

Here's the rundown of what you'll need.

1) A PSU.
This is the silver box that converts and cleans mains electricity to the low voltages that all of the components in the computer run on. It's always important NOT to buy the cheapest you can find, otherwise you'll end up with fried components.
2) A motherboard.
This is where everything connects to. I'm sure you know what it is though.
3) A processer [CPU]. Again, you've mentioned this and I won't explain it.
4) A graphics card. While some motherboards include on board graphics, they are rarely enough to play any newer games. Generally one brand is as good as the next, and graphics RAM is not the best way to compare graphics cards.
5) Disk drives:
You'll need a hard drive to store all of your data, and at least a CD-ROM drive to get an OS on there. Generally the faster the drive's RPM speed, the better it will perform, but whether it's IDE or SATA will also affect it [SATA being the better option]
6) Case and cooling: You probably don't want circuit boards everywhere, which could shock you as well as pick up static. Cooling is also important - if you're going for a higher spec machine with lots of heat producing components, consider water cooling.
7) External hardware: Keyboard, monitor, mouse etc. I'm sure you'll know what to do here.
