Default dual psu

i am trying to figure out the best way to configure 2 power supplies into a rig. one for the mb, and one dedicated to dual gfx proc. any ideas? i saw a thermaltake 250W bay mounted psu but i don't think it will have enough juice for a high end sli system.

Default Power Supplies

Why don't you upgrade your Power supply unit for one that is designed for gaming? There are several good 1,000 Watt power supplies an the market. The cost is a bit more expensive, but they'll give you the power and protection you need.

My recommendation would be the Thermaltake ToughPower. However, expect to spend around $250.00 or more for one. They're worth it!!!

Default

i had thought about going for a monster psu, but i figured if i was just surfing or moving music to my cell or other low usage tasks, that i could turn the power supply to the gpu and use less power. my plans were to build a system based on the quad-sli mb with a main psu for the mb and one gpu, with another psu for an additional gpu plus a physics card. i also figured if i wanted to add fans and lights, the more power connections, the better.
