I have heard much about dx10. I have seen videos of crysis and it looks amazing. I want to be able to use dx10. I will be getting vista later, but that's not the issue. The issue is all of the expansion slots on my motherboard are either PCI or AGP. I have heard that both nvidia and ATI plan to release dx10 AGP video cards. What I want to know is when they are scheduled to be released, and how good they will perform. TIA

Well, the problem is that they aren't even out yet. I was wondering if anybody has planned release dates for the cards because I've been googling it a lot. I haven't found anything concrete. A lot of the things I'm seeing are rumors, and I want something I can know it wiill happen.

how is red orchestra? i've heard good things from a friend of mine who has it but i haven't actually seen it.

This says that ATI and Nvidia have DX10 GFX cards.

yeah, i've actually read about those on some website( can't remember which one though, probably newegg or something)but dont remember it saying anything about dx10. maybe i didnt see it. the 7950 gx2 caught my eye but i want to wait to see if anything better comes out.

Yes, I am aware that both ATI and nvidia have dx10 cards out. I want to know about AGP dx10 cards. Those are not out yet.

since yesterday i looked at probably 30 other websites saying they are coming out in april but doesn't specify which april. considering this website was published in feb, i would think they meant this past april.
