Hi all,
Im buying all the parts to upgrade my system for HD video editing and gaming and need some advice from the you Guru's in what motherboard to buy, I have tried very hard to find the ideal board but theres always one thing wrong with it, It needs the following specs:

-Socket 775 (for a pentium d820)
-Pci-express x16
-Takes DDR PC-3200 (in my case 2 GB of it)

(perhaps DDR and DDR2 combo for future, not important though)

- Form factor: ATX
- overclockable would be nice, but again not neccassary.
