Default tv signal doesnt show

ok so im having a bit of a problem. i bought a usb tv tuner (cant post the link dont have 10 posts) even with all drivers and programs installed, all i get is a flashing green picture. i installed beyondtv also and no luck, thinking it was the program. i also tried plugging my ps2 in, but the video in doesnt work either. anyone know what the problem may be?

Hi there blazin6543, and welcome to CompuForums. I hope that you can visit us in the future. It would be great if you can help us put together the member map by adding your town to it.

It seems to me from the problems you have described that there is a problem with the actual TV tuner. Try it in another computer and install it exactly following the instructions in the manual, and if the problem still happens return the product to either where you purchased it or the manufacture. The manufacturer is likely to simply send out a replacement.

my other pc is being a total spaz so i dont think that'll be possible but i realized that i dont have usb 2.0 driver on my pc, and when i try to install it from a cd i have it wont let me, and when i download sp2 (which it says i need to install usb 2.0) it wont let me install that either. any ideas? this totally sucks
