| If you buy a certain motherboard you can run two processers on it, as long as both the board and the processers are both compatible. Also you can also combine two graphics card, but again this is dependant on if both the mobo and the graphics cards are compatible.

Although if your talking about running two proccesors than you can on one board. Some require two sockets to run dual CPUs, but others just require 1 socket but need CPU boards with two CPUs on them. However the compatibility of these are unknown to me so check carefully before purchasing.
