Default PhotoShop Tutorials

I'm amazed that this particular sub-forum doesn't have much in it. I adore Photoshop and am always looking to find out new tricks. Lately I've been browsing YouTube users' self-made tutorials, but some of them are...well...they're not very good and end up wasting my time. Do you know of any places with better step-by-step tutorials that aren't just for basic techniques?

Hi Kitten - the Graphics forum has only just started so not many posts yet. What kind of techniques are you wanting to learn? There are various tutorials for Photoshop here: Photoshop Tutorials / Good-Tutorials.

Ah, well that would explain it then, I suppose. And I didn't have anything in particular in mind at the moment, but I've been exploring more detailed changes for extreme PhotoShopping...like altering photos of people, using multiple photos to create a seamless new one, etc.

Ok so it's photo manipulation techniques you want. Have a look at my gallery in Deviant Art:
Sigh-clone on deviantART

Then have a look at this section on DevArt which has a lot of tuts:
Browsing Photoshop on deviantART

I use PSP but many of the techniques are the same.

Thanks J Are there any other Dev Art members on Compuforums? It is a good place to pick up stock photos to experiment with.
